First-round picks dominate the headlines on draft night, but some of the NFL's most valuable players come from the later rounds.

Habib Timileyin ranks the top ten biggest draft steals from the NFL drafts between 2021 and 2025. The list highlights standout players selected outside early rounds who outperformed expectations, headlined by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, the final pick of 2022 who later earned a five-year, $265 million contract.
Other notable selections highlighted include Rams receiver Puka Nacua, Lions wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Rams running back Kyren Williams. Defensive standouts Tariq Woolen, Carson Schwesinger, and Nick Emmanwori also feature alongside Bucky Irving, Chuba Hubbard, and tight end Harold Fannin Jr.
