The Minnesota Vikings have signed veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to their practice squad.

The Minnesota Vikings announced on Wednesday that they have signed veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to their practice squad. The 33-year-old three-time Pro Bowler was released by the New York Giants last week after recording just one target across three appearances this season. The move follows an ankle sprain suffered by star receiver Justin Jefferson, who missed Minnesota's Week 4 contest and could miss Week 5.
Beckham would represent his sixth different NFL franchise if elevated to the active roster, having previously played for the Giants, Browns, Rams, Ravens, and Dolphins. Despite starting the season 4-0, Minnesota's offense ranks last in the NFL with 156.0 passing yards per game.
