After an offseason that has left him feeling aligned, Minten’s next objective is to build upon his 17-goal, 18-assist output.

Boston Bruins forward Fraser Minten focused on improving his skating power, technique, and explosiveness during the offseason following a grueling 98-game rookie campaign across the NHL, playoffs, and World Championship. Minten enters the 2026-27 season slated as Boston's third-line center alongside wingers James Hagens and Marat Khusnutdinov, following an offseason in which he signed a seven-year, $50.4 million contract extension on September 8.
Minten recorded 17 goals and 18 assists in 82 regular-season games last year but went scoreless in six playoff contests against the Buffalo Sabres. To improve his acceleration, the 22-year-old worked with trainer Ryan Kerr and physiotherapist Ryan Murray, reporting to training camp at 207 pounds.
