Zach Benson is playing his fourth NHL season with the Buffalo Sabres, and one Western New York eatery has consistently earned the popular winger's business.

Buffalo Sabres winger Zach Benson recently highlighted Williamsville restaurant 800 Maple as his favorite pre-game dining spot during an appearance on NHL Network. The 21-year-old revealed that he visits the establishment before home contests to order the chicken cutlets downtown style, paired with vodka rigatoni, ahead of playing his 215th career NHL game against the Dallas Stars.
Beyond his dining routines, Benson has excelled on the ice alongside Noah Ostlund and Jack Quinn under head coach Lindy Ruff. Buffalo signed Benson to a seven-year, $52.5 million contract extension in June, keeping the British Columbia native tied to the franchise through the 2032-33 season.
