The Chicago Blackhawks practiced on Sunday, and Connor Bedard skated in a non-contact sweater.

Chicago Blackhawks forward Connor Bedard took a significant step in his recovery by participating in practice drills on Sunday. Bedard, who underwent off-season shoulder surgery and had previously been limited to non-contact work, skated on the top line alongside Roman Kantserov and Patrick Kane as he progresses toward game clearance.
Bedard's impending return comes after the Blackhawks suffered a blowout loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. While Bedard is eager to play as soon as possible, the team has not yet determined an official timeline for his regular-season game action.
