The Columbus Blue Jackets are already in a tough division, and the way this year has started, it's going to get even tougher.

Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck is reportedly being acquired by the New Jersey Devils in an apparent three-team trade, according to NHL insiders. Hellebuyck, 33, is currently in the third season of a seven-year contract with an average annual value of $8.5 million.
In return, the Winnipeg Jets will receive Dawson Mercer, Alexander Command, Nick Bjugstad, Nico Daws, and two draft picks. The trade introduces Hellebuyck to the Metropolitan Division, adding another top netminder for rival teams like the Columbus Blue Jackets to navigate.
