The Oilers have yearned for a solution between the pipes. Could Devon Levi finally be the No. 1 they’ve been looking for?

Edmonton Oilers goaltender Devon Levi has rebounded strongly following a rough start to the 2026-27 NHL season. After conceding seven goals on 22 shots during a 9-7 victory against the Vancouver Canucks, Levi elevated his play by allowing only three goals on 51 total shots in subsequent wins over the Seattle Kraken and Anaheim Ducks.
On Daily Faceoff LIVE, analyst Carter Hutton praised Levi's mental maturity for bouncing back quickly after the difficult Canucks outing. Hutton noted that while Levi faces high expectations in Edmonton, his recent performances show promising progress as he continues to adapt and develop as a starting goaltender.
