Injured Florida Panthers Aleksander Barkov and Brad Marchand provided updates on their recovery, indicating they could be back by the beginning of December.

Florida Panthers forwards Brad Marchand and Aleksander Barkov provided updates on their respective knee injuries during an event at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Both players avoided the worst-case scenario and are expected to return this season, though neither is likely to be back on the ice this month. Marchand stated he is likely five to six weeks away, while Barkov is targeting a return by late November or early December.
Both skaters appeared in just two games this season before suffering their knee injuries. Despite missing their captain and veteran forward, head coach Paul Maurice's squad has recorded a 9-5-2 record, placing the Panthers fifth in the Atlantic Division.
