The Vegas Golden Knights announced they have recalled defenseman Viliam Kmec from the AHL's Henderson Silver Knights. In a corresponding roster move, the team reassigned defenseman Ville Heinola to Henderson.
Kmec, 22, has recorded three assists in 10 games for the Silver Knights this season after previously joining the organization as an undrafted free agent. Heinola, who joined Vegas as an unrestricted free agent during the offseason, has recorded one assist in two NHL games alongside five points in five AHL contests.
