A great 40 minutes went down the drain as the Ontario Reign surrendered five third-period…

The Ontario Reign suffered a 5-4 home defeat against the Tucson Roadrunners after conceding five goals in the third period on October 30, 2026. Ontario entered the final frame leading 2-0 following goals from Aatu Jamsen and Jack Millar. However, Tucson rallied with third-period goals from Austin Poganski, Brandon Tanev, Tomas Lavoie, and two from Cameron Hebig to secure the comeback victory.
Despite Kaleb Lawrence and Koehn Ziemmer scoring for Ontario in the third period, goalkeeper Erik Portillo took his first loss of the season. Kenny Connors provided three assists and recorded nine shots on goal for the Reign. The defeat extended Ontario's losing streak to three games ahead of a scheduled rematch between the two teams at Toyota Arena.
