A lawsuit alleges former NFL player and media figure Marcellus Wiley raped a USC student in 1999. Wiley has denied similar allegations from his estranged wife and others.

Former NFL player and sports commentator Marcellus Wiley is facing a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging he raped a 22-year-old USC student in 1999. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, filed claims for sexual battery, assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging Wiley assaulted her in a hotel room after she fell asleep.
Wiley has denied the allegations, pointing toward his MenTooProject platform and stating that previous encounters were consensual. The lawsuit follows multiple other past misconduct allegations against Wiley, as well as a three-year domestic violence restraining order recently granted to his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley.
