Stamkos Enters All-Time Top-5 for Power-Play Goals, Game-Tying Goals

Nashville Predators forward Steven Stamkos reached fifth place on the NHL's all-time lists for both power-play goals and game-tying goals on Saturday. Stamkos scored a late first-period power-play goal against the St. Louis Blues to level the score at 1-1 after Jimmy Snuggerud had put the visitors ahead.

The goal marked the 248th power-play goal of Stamkos's career, moving him ahead of Luc Robitaille for fifth in NHL history. It was also his 130th career game-tying goal, surpassing Jaromir Jagr to claim fifth place behind Joe Sakic's tally of 132.
