Senators Defenceman Artem Zub Likely To Miss Start Of Regular Season

Ottawa Senators defenceman Artem Zub is not expected to be ready for the start of the regular season, head coach Travis Green announced. Zub is still recovering from an injury suffered during Game 1 of the playoff series against the Carolina Hurricanes.

The Senators face ongoing blue line challenges as Jake Sanderson, Jordan Spence, and Jorian Donovan were also sidelined for split-squad preseason games against Toronto. Coach Green noted that Sanderson's current absence is due to a minor issue.
