Will the Flyers lose their eighth in a row?

The winless Philadelphia Flyers (0-5-2) will host the Seattle Kraken (4-2-0) on Tuesday night at Xfinity Mobile Arena as they search for their first victory of the 2026-27 NHL season. The Flyers enter the matchup with the league's worst goal differential at -20, having conceded 28 goals across their first seven contests, while the Kraken rank tied for second in scoring with 26 goals.
Philadelphia faces a difficult challenge while missing Travis Konecny, Cam York, and Rasmus Ristolainen from the lineup. Goaltender Dan Vladar, who holds an 0-3-0 record, is scheduled to start in net against Seattle's Philipp Grubauer as head coach Rick Tocchet seeks a turnaround.
