The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Seattle Kraken 6-2 in a physical matchup highlighted by late-game fights and 65 penalty minutes. Jack Eichel delivered a four-point performance to lead the NHL in scoring and become the fastest Golden Knight to reach 10 points in a season. Golden Knights captain Mark Stone also reached two major milestones during the victory.

Stone scored a shorthanded goal to become the fastest player in franchise history to reach 400 points, doing so in 404 games. He later fought Brandon Montour following an injury to teammate Victor Olofsson, completing his first career Gordie Howe hat trick. Head coach Ryan Craig confirmed Olofsson is undergoing evaluation after being checked into the boards by Ben Myers.
