Zoe Marshall has made a surprising confession about her mental health, revealing she spent 11 months taking antidepressants after years of judging people who relied on medication.

Zoe Marshall has revealed she secretly took the antidepressant Prozac for 11 months to treat her obsessive-compulsive disorder. The 41-year-old podcaster admitted she previously judged people who used medication and considered it a "cop-out," but stated that taking the drug ultimately saved her life.
Her husband, NRL star Benji Marshall, encouraged her to challenge the stigma and try medication alongside fortnightly Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. Marshall later weaned herself off Prozac to pursue MDMA-assisted therapy and plans to undergo psilocybin treatment.
