Exclusive: A great move for Clune!

Adam Clune is set to return to the Newcastle Knights on a permanent deal following his departure from Huddersfield Giants. The 31-year-old Australian half-back spent three seasons in the Super League, making 43 appearances for Huddersfield before the club opted not to extend his contract.
Clune will fill the squad vacancy created by Tyson Gamble's departure to Catalans Dragons. At Newcastle, he will provide depth alongside Sandon Smith and Dylan Brown, having previously played 22 matches for the Knights across the 2022 and 2023 campaigns.
