Canada have recalled Alysha Corrigan and Sophie de Goede for Friday’s WXV Global Series clash with England in Toronto.

Canada head coach Kévin Rouet has announced a reshuffled starting lineup for Friday's WXV Global Series match against England in Toronto. Key changes include the recall of winger Alysha Corrigan, who missed September's matches through injury, and the return of Sophie de Goede to the pack after being rested against France. Backline shifts see Alexandra Tessier step in at fly-half, moving Taylor Perry to inside centre alongside Florence Symonds.
The matchup at BMO Field is projected to draw nearly 18,000 spectators, which will set a North American attendance record for a standalone women's rugby fixture. In other team adjustments, Asia Hogan-Rochester joins the wing, while Rachel Smith moves to blindside flanker alongside Julia Omokhuale and Lizzie Gibson in the back row. Meanwhile, England's Red Roses will feature the return of Amy Cokayne.
