NEWS: Four New Zealand players were ruled out of next week's second Test against Australia on Sunday, denting their prospects of completing a clean sweep in the Bledisloe Cup series.

Four New Zealand players have been ruled out of the second Bledisloe Cup Test against Australia in Sydney due to injuries sustained during their 50-19 opening victory. Forwards Asafo Aumua and Anton Segner both suffered concussions, Ethan Blackadder sustained a calf issue, and winger Leroy Carter suffered an ankle injury. In response, George Bell, Jamie Hannah, Du'Plessis Kirifi, and Anton Lienert-Brown have been recalled to the squad.
Assistant coach Mike Blair noted the situation provides a strong opportunity to build squad depth ahead of the upcoming World Cup. Australia also faces injury setbacks, with center Len Ikitau ruled out of the rematch following a head knock.
