Ox Nche has played down his individual front-row battle against Springbok teammate Wilco Louw ahead of the Sharks' United Rugby Championship match against the Stormers in Cape Town. Speaking to the media, the Sharks loosehead prop stressed that the outcome will depend on collective forward pack execution rather than personal duels, noting that the Sharks have focused their preparation on neutralizing the Stormers' overall systems.
The Sharks travel to Cape Town leading the URC standings after securing maximum points from victories over the Ospreys and Leinster in the opening two rounds. Meanwhile, the Stormers return home following a split tour in Europe, having defeated Connacht before suffering a round-two defeat against Edinburgh.
