Former England rugby star Mike Tindall opened up about the death of his father, Phil Tindall, describing his passing as a "godsend" after a 20-year battle with Parkinson's disease. Speaking on The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, Tindall reflected on his father's final weeks, calling it "horrible" to witness his decline and loss of mobility.
Tindall explained that watching his father struggle to communicate made his passing a relief, adding that his dad lived a great life and was finally free from his body. Co-host James Haskell also discussed the loss of his own father, and viewers widely praised the hosts for their open and emotional discussion on grief.
