Argentinian back Santi Carreras has targeted European Champions Cup success with Bath, stating that he believes the squad possesses the depth and quality to challenge for the title. Carreras revealed he has dreamed of lifting the trophy since watching the tournament as a teenager in Cordoba.
Bath are aiming to end a 28-year drought in the competition, having last won the European title in 1998. Carreras hopes to help the West Country club make a strong start to their continental campaign amid recent dominance by French clubs.
