Rassie Erasmus was pleased with the Springboks' 66-7 win against Italy but says they must raise their game against France and Ireland.

South Africa head coach Rassie Erasmus stated the Springboks were not perfect during their 66-7 victory over Italy in Turin on Saturday. Despite leading 45-0 at halftime, Erasmus noted that the team must improve significantly to remain competitive in upcoming matches against France and Ireland.
Erasmus expressed satisfaction with integrating younger talent like Morné van den Berg, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, and Cameron Hanekom alongside veteran players. He acknowledged that resting key stars like Eben Etzebeth and Cheslin Kolbe contributed to a slight loss of rhythm in the second half.
