Sale Sharks hooker Nathan Jibulu has signed a new contract extension committing him to the Gallagher Premiership club until 2030. Sale boss Alex Sanderson confirmed the deal following the 23-year-old's standout performances, which included consecutive man-of-the-match awards in recent league victories against Saracens and Harlequins.
Sanderson backed Jibulu to push for a spot in Steve Borthwick's England squad for the Nations Championship, praising his physicality and set-piece improvements. With Saracens' Jamie George nearing international retirement, Sanderson noted that strong performances in scrummaging and throwing could help Jibulu establish himself as a primary option for England.
