Former Wales prop Adam Jones will face one of his greatest challenges when he tackles the Cardiff half-marathon.

Former Wales prop and current Harlequins scrum coach Adam Jones has lost over five stone ahead of running the Cardiff half-marathon on Sunday, October 4. The 45-year-old retired rugby player dropped from 24st 7lb down to 19st 7lb to take on the personal fitness challenge and raise funds for charity.
Jones was inspired to reshape his health and diet after seeing footage of himself during Wales' 2025 tour of Japan. He cut out bread and chocolate, training daily to complete the race in support of St David's Hospice Care and Prostate Cymru.
