The Wallaroos are looking to change the fabric of Australian rugby ahead of a golden opportunity to promote the women's game before their home World Cup.

The Wallaroos aim to generate momentum and build local buzz ahead of hosting the 2029 Women's Rugby World Cup, captain Siokapesi Palu Sekona announced. Australia faces Scotland at Accor Stadium on Saturday as part of a major quadruple header alongside the men's Bledisloe Cup fixture, with the team determined to showcase their own exciting brand of rugby.
Australia previously defeated Scotland 30-10 last month and enters the rematch with key roster changes. Winger Maya Stewart returns from an Achilles injury, while Eva Karpani, Cecilia Smith, Allana Sikimeti, and Piper Simons have been named on the bench.
