Corentin Moutet received a warning after falling to the floor in the middle of a service game.

Corentin Moutet called umpire Timo Janzen "insane" after receiving a time violation when he collapsed on the court during a match against Ugo Humbert in Lyon. Moutet fell to the ground while suffering from cramps and injury during the deciding set, prompting the physio to assist him back to his feet. Upon returning to the baseline, the world No. 94 was penalized for exceeding the serve clock, prompting loud boos from spectators and a heated exchange at the chair.
Moutet subsequently took a medical timeout for a wrist injury, as rules prohibit timeouts solely for cramps. Despite avoiding sitting during changeovers to prevent seizing up, Moutet rallied through the physical strain to defeat seventh seed Humbert 6-2 4-6 7-6(4) in a final-set tiebreak.
