Two late injuries left Arsenal facing an extraordinary problem against Tottenham, before Emerson Nwaneri helped turn a chaotic derby into victory.

Outfield player Emerson Nwaneri stepped in as an emergency goalkeeper for Arsenal Under-18s during a dramatic 2-1 derby victory over Tottenham. Arsenal lost both starting goalkeeper Jack Talbot and his replacement Maximilian Lo Presti to injuries late in the match. Nwaneri took the gloves, kept a clean sheet for the remainder of the game, and helped secure the victory.
Tottenham initially led through Joel Vidal-Philbert before Mylo Bernard equalized for Arsenal. In the 97th minute, Nwaneri initiated the winning sequence by launching a deep free kick forward, which Luis Munoz fed to Bernard for his second goal of the match.
