Two years have passed since Andy Murray played his final match as a professional tennis player but he remains in great shape

Andy Murray surprised his former rival Andy Roddick with his lean post-retirement physique during a live episode of Roddick's 'Served' show at the Laver Cup. Two years after retiring at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the 39-year-old Scot appeared in great shape, prompting Roddick to remark that Murray is the first person to retire and lose weight.
Murray revealed that his routine primarily involves playing golf, childcare, and occasional coaching with Jack Draper. He noted that he has not hit tennis balls regularly since retiring and attributed his weight loss to cutting out high-calorie sports drinks, consuming fewer calories, and naturally losing muscle mass.
