The Dodgers took control of their NL Division Series on Tuesday night, and the Padres ensured they'll have one more game.

The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres earned key NLDS victories on Tuesday night. In Atlanta, Yoshinobu Yamamoto struck out 10 batters over seven innings, while Kiké Hernández and Freddie Freeman both homered off Chris Sale to give the Dodgers a 3-1 win over the Braves and a 2-1 series lead. Meanwhile, the Padres stayed alive by holding off the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 in Game 3.
San Diego's victory was secured behind a solo home run from Jake Cronenworth and Michael King's two-inning save, which cut Milwaukee's series lead to 2-1. Atlanta's lone run against Yamamoto came via a Drake Baldwin groundout in the fifth inning. Both series continue Wednesday alongside ALDS Game 3 matchups.
