New York Giants All-Pro announces he will undergo season-ending surgery.

New York Giants wide receiver and return specialist Braxton Berrios announced on Tuesday that he will undergo season-ending foot and ankle surgery. The former All-Pro confirmed the news on his 31st birthday, just one day after the Giants placed him on injured reserve following an injury suffered the previous Sunday.
Berrios marks the third consecutive week a Giants player has suffered a season-ending injury, despite the team holding a 3-1 record atop the NFC East. Starting quarterback Jaxson Dart and edge rusher Brian Burns also previously sustained season-ending knee injuries in Weeks 2 and 3 under head coach John Harbaugh.
