Mulgrew has claimed Rangers legend Durrant "completely blanked" Celtic players throughout the revived Tennent's Sixes tournament.
Former Celtic defender Charlie Mulgrew claimed Rangers icon Ian Durrant completely ignored Celtic players during the revived Tennent's Sixes tournament at Braehead Arena. Speaking on The Breakdown podcast, Mulgrew explained that while other Rangers figures engaged in friendly conversation, Durrant refused to interact, which motivated Mulgrew's passionate celebrations after Celtic defeated Rangers 5-4 in the final.
Kevin Thomson defended Durrant on the podcast, expressing surprise and describing his former teammate as normally being full of banter and humor. Thomson suggested Durrant's deep-rooted Rangers background might have influenced his demeanor toward their traditional rivals throughout the event.
