No, they still won’t have Nick Bosa for at least another week. But getting No. 98 back is the next-best thing to No. 97.

San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Mykel Williams is poised to make his return to action against the Seattle Seahawks after missing nearly a year due to a torn ACL. The 2025 first-round draft pick had his practice window opened last week, and general manager John Lynch confirmed the team expects to welcome Williams back to the lineup.
Williams’ return provides significant reinforcement for a depleted San Francisco front under defensive coordinator Raheem Morris. While fellow pass rusher Nick Bosa is expected to miss at least another week, Williams worked heavily with Bosa during his rehabilitation and enters the contest fully healthy.
