Will we see Jannik Sinner in action before the year is out?

Jannik Sinner could reportedly return to tennis before the end of 2026 after the postponed Six Kings Slam rescheduled its dates to December 27–30 in Riyadh. Sinner originally withdrew from the event due to a knee injury that ended his season early. However, updated promotional booklets for the rescheduled tournament show the Italian's image reinstated in place of his previously named replacement, Learner Tien.
The exhibition was delayed from October following regional unrest and security concerns in Riyadh. If Sinner participates, it will mark his first competitive appearance since winning Wimbledon against Alexander Zverev on July 12. Sinner won the previous two editions of the Six Kings Slam, each time defeating Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
