‘Mark my words’ – Jose Mourinho sends clear hands-off message to Tottenham

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has dismissed reports linking Brazilian forward Endrick with a January exit, delivering a hands-off warning to interested clubs including Tottenham Hotspur. Amid speculation that Spurs were monitoring the 20-year-old to bolster their attack, Mourinho stated via Fabrizio Romano that it is impossible for the striker to leave on loan in the winter.

Endrick previously spent time on loan at Lyon earlier in 2026 and recently earned Man of the Match honors in a 4-3 Champions League win against Roma. Despite reports suggesting Madrid might consider another loan due to his limited minutes, Mourinho's stance deals a blow to Tottenham, who are reportedly constrained by PSR rules and seeking attacking reinforcements under Roberto De Zerbi.
