The Oklahoma City Thunder have reached an agreement with fourth-year guard Cason Wallace on a five-year, $139 million contract extension, according to Shams Charania. The 22-year-old Kentucky product is set to enter Oklahoma City's starting lineup at shooting guard following the departure of Luguentz Dort.
Wallace will start alongside Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams as the Thunder prepare to open their 2026-27 regular season against the San Antonio Spurs on October 20. The extension secures a central member of the franchise's young core on a long-term permanent deal.
