Camiral has unveiled a €7 million upgrade across its Stadium Course and Tour Course as it prepares to host the 2031 Ryder Cup. Overseen by Director of Golf Flavio Papa and Superintendent Alfredo Álvarez, the renovations include switching to warm season Bermuda grass to maintain elite playing conditions while cutting water consumption by 33%.
Alongside new machinery and technology, the resort's greenkeeping team expanded from 35 to 50 staff members. Off-course improvements include the appointment of Albert Guerrero as golf customer services manager, supporting new VIP packages and personalized services across the 550-hectare Spanish resort.
