A stunning slips catch by Matthew Renshaw gave Australia more to smile about but only 30.4 overs of play were possible

Scott Boland claimed 4-31 and Matthew Renshaw took a brilliant slip catch to reduce South Africa to 5-97 at stumps on day two of the second Test at St George's Park in Gqeberha. Heavy rain washed out the first two sessions, leaving only 30.4 overs of play possible under cloudy skies in the final session.
Boland dismissed Marques Ackerman and Ryan Rickelton during a fiery display, while Mitchell Starc dismissed Matthew Breetzke. South Africa captain Temba Bavuma resisted with 41 not out alongside Wiaan Mulder, with Australia missing Josh Hazlewood due to a stomach illness.
