The Green Bay Packers are feeling good and riding a three-game win streak that includes wins over the Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys.
Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was removed from the commissioner's exempt list on Monday and is expected to practice Wednesday. Jacobs spent the first six weeks of the 2026 season on the list while the NFL investigates an alleged spring domestic incident. According to ESPN's Rob Demovsky, head coach Matt LaFleur indicated that Jacobs has a chance to play in Week 7 against the Detroit Lions.
Jacobs has participated in team meetings and strength training during his absence. His return is expected to boost a struggling Green Bay ground game that currently ranks last in the NFL, averaging 59.8 rushing yards per game using a committee of MarShawn Lloyd, Kaleb Johnson, and Pierre Strong Jr.
