India eased to victory after limiting Zimbabwe to 102 for 8

India secured a commanding nine-wicket win over Zimbabwe in Raipur to seal the T20I series, chasing down the target with 67 balls to spare. Zimbabwe opted to bat first and struggled to 102 for 8 across 20 overs. India's bowling attack maintained tight discipline, headlined by debutant Niki Prasad taking two wickets in her first two legitimate international deliveries, while Chipo Mugeri-Tiripano top-scored for the visitors with 34 runs.
In response, India raced to victory behind a blistering 96-run opening partnership between Shafali Verma and captain Smriti Mandhana. Shafali blasted 55 off 24 balls before departing, allowing Mandhana to finish unbeaten on 47 off 25 deliveries with a six over extra cover to wrap up the series.
