Defender Jack Robinson has signed for Derby County after being released on his birthday by Birmingham City

Defender Jack Robinson has joined Championship side Derby County on a three-month contract six weeks after Birmingham City terminated his contract. The 33-year-old departed Birmingham on a free transfer following an eventful single season where he was sent off twice, scored an own goal, and conceded a penalty in 15 Championship appearances.
Robinson admitted that the period since his departure was quiet before Derby reached out to cover for defensive injuries. He expressed confidence that he can help manager John Eustace steer the 23rd-placed Rams away from the relegation zone.
