Under-pressure Aberdeen manager Stephen Robinson has been told how he can lead the Pittodrie club to third in the William Hill Premiership this season.
Former Aberdeen defender and BBC pundit Richard Foster argues that Stephen Robinson can still lead Aberdeen to third place in the Scottish Premiership if the team replicates the high-intensity style Robinson used at St Mirren. Despite recent results lifting the club from 10th to seventh place and securing a Premier Sports Cup semi-final spot, Robinson remains under scrutiny from supporters over the team's disjointed performances.
Foster believes Robinson must settle on a consistent tactical formation following frequent system changes throughout the campaign. Foster also highlighted that the squad needs to take responsibility on the pitch, arguing that adopting an energetic, combative approach will allow the players' quality to show ahead of their weekend match against Dundee United at Tannadice.
