See you on the other side, Luke.

Former Philadelphia Flyers forward Luke Glendening has signed a one-year, $850,000 contract with the Metropolitan Division rival New York Rangers. The 37-year-old center remained unsigned to begin the 2026-27 NHL campaign after an unsuccessful professional tryout offer with the Tampa Bay Lightning, but secured a deal following a subsequent tryout with New York.
Glendening joined Philadelphia via waivers last season after tallying four assists in 52 games with the New Jersey Devils. He scored five points in 18 regular-season games and added one playoff goal for the Flyers, and is now expected to provide depth as Rangers forward Joe Veleno recovers from an injury.
