Cameron Munster’s manager is adamant the Storm star is “open to all options” as he prepares to hit the open market – including a move previously thought off limits.
Cameron Munster's manager Justin Caines confirmed the Melbourne Storm star has not ruled out a move to Sydney as he prepares to enter free agency on November 1. Munster turned down a two-year, $1.5 million extension offer from the Storm, noting that uncertainty around head coach Craig Bellamy's future beyond 2027 is a significant factor in deciding his next career move.
Elsewhere, the Sydney Roosters rejected a swap proposal from the Gold Coast Titans involving young prospect Cooper Bai for Lindsay Collins or Nat Butcher. Meanwhile, Cronulla Sharks back-rower Briton Nikora is also set to hit the open market for the 2028 season after contract extension talks stalled.
