The NFL has fined Kansas City Chiefs cornerbacks L’Jarius Sneed and Christian Roland-Wallace following incidents during their 22-6 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Sneed was fined $6,750 for unnecessary roughness after a late hit where his knee struck sliding quarterback Justin Herbert. Roland-Wallace received a $5,981 fine and was ejected for striking Chargers guard Alex Harkey, who was also fined $5,277.
The penalties came during a frustrating Week 6 defeat that dropped head coach Jim Harbaugh's Chargers to an 0-6 record. Los Angeles struggled heavily on offense, with Herbert tallying eight interceptions and 10 turnovers across six games while facing persistent pressure from opposing defenses.
