Douglas Luiz had the best performance of his Juventus career, scoring a goal after providing the free kick assist for Weston McKennie to conquer Lecce 2-0.
Douglas Luiz delivered a standout performance, scoring once and providing an assist as Juventus defeated Lecce 2-0 in Serie A on October 25, 2026. The Brazilian midfielder assisted Weston McKennie for the opening goal in the 29th minute before finding the net himself from outside the box before halftime. The victory helped Juventus rebound after an injury crisis and a recent loss to Lazio.
Lecce struggled to convert opportunities past goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who kept a clean sheet. Lecce defender Kialonda Gaspar was sent off in stoppage time for dissent, marking their ninth defeat in their last ten meetings against Juventus across all competitions.
