Lewis Hamilton failed in a late charge for a podium in the United States GP.

Lewis Hamilton explained that Ferrari's set-up errors caused him to miss out on a podium finish at the United States Grand Prix. The British driver finished in fourth place at the Circuit of the Americas, crossing the line behind race winner Kimi Antonelli, second-place teammate Charles Leclerc, and third-place Max Verstappen.
Hamilton revealed he struggled with significant understeer early in the race due to starting with inadequate front wing flap settings. Ferrari made repeated front wing adjustments during pit stops to recover balance, but Hamilton noted the team reacted too late to overcome the early deficit to Verstappen.
