Cambridge United might be without one of their leading goalscorers when they face Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday evening.

Cambridge United head coach Neil Harris has revealed striker Gassan Ahadme could miss Tuesday's League One clash against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough. The 25-year-old forward suffered an adductor injury that ruled him out of Saturday's 3-2 defeat against Plymouth Argyle, leaving his availability uncertain for the upcoming midweek match.
Ahadme, currently on loan from Charlton Athletic, has scored four goals in 11 matches across all competitions this season. Harris expressed optimism that the injury is not long-term, though Tuesday's trip may arrive too soon as Cambridge look to preserve their unbeaten away record.
