As the World Series concludes, Major League Baseball shifts focus toward its offseason awards and free-agency calendar. The Philadelphia Phillies have no Gold Glove finalists this year, but several players could feature in upcoming postseason awards, including Don Mattingly for Manager of the Year, Cristopher Sánchez and Jesús Luzardo for the Cy Young Award, and Jhoan Duran for Reliever of the Year.

Philadelphia must also navigate the qualifying offer deadline and make contract decisions on nine arbitration-eligible players by the November 20 tender deadline.
