Liverpool left-back Luke Chambers is expected to leave Anfield during the January transfer window, according to a report from TEAMtalk. Scottish champions Celtic are reportedly among the clubs interested in securing the 22-year-old, viewing him as a long-term project as they look to reinforce their defense.
Chambers is currently third in Liverpool's left-back pecking order behind Milos Kerkez and Kostas Tsimikas, managing just five senior appearances for the Reds. With only eight months left on his contract, suitors could potentially target either a loan deal or a permanent transfer.
